Spacon&X in collaboration with fashion brand Sea New York did a spatial identity for a pop-up shop in Møntergade during Copenhagen fashion week. The elements of the pop up were carefully curated to support the aesthetics and visual narrative of the Sea New York collection.
The interior was surrounded with dark curved wooden walls, referencing the waves of the sea, and furnished with the SUPER SUPER // SUGOI SUGOI furniture collection which balanced a simple friendly appearance with a resemblance to hard industrial machinery. The raw aluminum of the Super Super furniture is firmly assembled with chunky black anodized bolts and nuts, underlining the industrial look, while revealing the assembly method in an honest and approachable expression.

As the centerpiece of the shop we crafted an artwork of recycled natural hand dyed textiles, sewed into a large patchwork of different red nuances adding softness to the space. The collection was integrated through steel racks for showcasing the clothing, celebrating the essence of Sea New York.
